Tomas participated in the recent design competition run by the Northern Territory Lands Group to develop prototypical housing types for a major new satellite city south of Darwin. The competition called for 5 housing types to be explored, ranging from detached homes to terrace houses and apartments. While unsuccessful in the competition, Tomas has been able to use this competition as an opportunity to test and develop ideas that he will be able to employ to the benefit of future projects.
